What is the typical rental duration for your properties?
Our properties are offered on monthly terms, with most guests staying between one and six months. Shorter stays may be accommodated depending on availability — please reach out to discuss your timeline and we'll do our best to assist.
Are utilities and services included in the monthly price?
The included services vary by property. Island bungalows include daily housekeeping and caretaker services. Heritage townhouses include Wi-Fi and AC. The oceanfront compound includes a staff of four. Utility arrangements are outlined clearly in the rental agreement for each property.
How do I arrange a viewing or enquire about availability?
Simply send us a message through the contact form below or call our office directly. We typically respond within one business day and are happy to arrange in-person viewings or virtual walkthroughs for guests travelling from abroad.
Is a security deposit required, and how is it handled?
A refundable security deposit is required for all properties. The amount is stated clearly in the rental agreement. It is returned in full at the end of your stay, subject to a standard property inspection, within 14 days of handover.
Can properties be used for corporate retreats or events?
The Oceanfront Villa Compound is well-suited to corporate gatherings, milestone events, and multi-family stays. Its scale and dedicated staff make it a considered choice for groups of up to 16. Please contact us to discuss your requirements in detail.
Are pets permitted in the properties?
Pet policies differ between properties. Some bungalows may accommodate well-behaved, smaller pets with prior arrangement. Please let us know when you get in touch and we will advise on the options available to you.
